  Such an amazing place to deal with! They called ahead to let us know our hot tub wasn't working and already had another cabin set up for us to stay at! I have rented cabins from the same company for 15 years in Helen and had problem after problem. I wish I would have used this company all along. We will definitely be back!!

  We had no issues with Pinnacle Cabin Rentals and overall, Sterling Lodge was a great cabin. However, we were low on gas the first night and someone came over and helped us which was great. Our only concerns were the lack of window curtains in some of the rooms which made for an pretty early morning wake-up time for some of my friends. Also, we found a small scorpion inside the house and one of my friends ended up with 3 nasty spider bites (we found a spider or two downstairs as well), so I would recommend some pest control services. Lastly, there was a bit of hair in the drain of one of the showers and one of the towels downstairs was a bit stale. Again, overall we enjoyed the cabin and if these things were addressed I would definitely give the cabin five stars.
